Class Descriptions

Designed for those who have just 'graduated' from out 'Back to Basics' course and for those just starting out with yoga.  Also suitable for anybody coming back after a long break or recovering from illness/injury.  A focus on the basics and a good foundation.

A fun filled class where you will be expected to know basic alignments as the practice will flow and challenging options will be given to those who would like them!  The option to stay in level 1 pose always there, as is 'childs pose'. This is a mixed level class, open to all.

A four week course (not on the regular schedule) which is designed to introduce you to all the yoga basic alignments and breath.  Completing this course will mean you can join a regular group class safely.

PreNatal is a steady, thoughtful class designed for those over 12 weeks of pregnancy.  We take things a little slower , but still help you move and stretch to make your pregnacy free of any aches & pains.  We also give some top tips for child birth!

 

* All classes are 60 minutes 

* Please book in before coming to class as there are only 15 mats per class 


* Please bring your own water and try not to eat heavily before class


* Bring your own yoga mat if possible - YogaDivas have a few spares in case you forget!


* Students must cancel booked classes within 24 hours of class or full price will be charged
